LSO- Interesting issue

Hi

Without starting the course, if a participant clicks on u2018confirm participationu2019 system is setting the course completed and system is not giving the pass status even if the participant continued and achieved the required marks. This is happening for web based courses and online tests.

Is this a system bug. How to resolve this problem. Can you help me please.
