return from customer with quality inspection

In SAP standard, there are two movement type for customer return, which are 651 or 653. Movement type 651 can generate inspection lot, but no journal. Movement type 653 has journal but not generate inspection lot. We need both inspection lot generation and posting journal for customer return.
