Hello. I am unable to use live collaboration from the browser. I get a blank window when I open the same. However, I am able to use it through Sap B1 application.

Which OS does the customer use for job service?
If windows, please ask them to restart server tools in services.msc.
If linux, please use /etc/init.d/sapb1servertools restart to restart server tools.

We are using SAP B1 9.3 PL 03 (SQL database). SAP note - 2464279 states that live collaboration can be accessed from the browser. Kindly help.
