delivery not synching

I am getting the following error when trying to synch

Can not find NetPoint order for Delivery Document#1876

at NetPoint.SynchSBO.SBOObjects.SBODelivery.SBOToNetPoint(SBOQueueObject qData)

at NetPoint.SynchSBO.SynchObjectBase.Synch()

Funny thing is all previous delivery documents synched fine, only new ones are not.

Any ideas?

    Check if the order in B1 is open or closed or cancelled.

    The web order id might be missing because the DI won't update a UDF on a closed order, so the order isn't synched to Wt
