Hi All
Could any one let me know please if their is a way to Schedule an excel file to be encrypted via PGP before it is sent out via the server please?

Thanks for the reply I was tring to cut out the extra jobs by just getting CRS XI R2 to send out the email with the file but if it can't be done then option 2 will be OK

This can't be done directly.
I apologize if this is obvious but I would do the following.
I presume this is some flavor of Windows.
1. Schedule the report to XLS on a file location/ftp server. Fire an event on success.
2. Schedule a program job object to encrypt the above file via PGP (command line) based on the event above. Fire another event on success.
3. Schedule another program job object to send the encrypted XLS file via your email client of choice.
