I find this a strange request. You give the impression you do not know which tables should be logged yet you do know it should be about 50. Besides that, if you rely on a public forum to supply the foundation of your systems' 'auditablility', how are you going to sell that to your boss/client? If you want to log a smaller selection than the default you'd better consult SAP.
I also think the question sounds like 'do my work for me'....
