used by the client to send the issue to the respective consultant

?

It would be great if u let me know the the process of receiving an issue??

Hi,

the tool is not same for every company and the client. every client is using their own tools to send the issues to the consultants.

so once consultant gets the issue details like issue No and description, than consultant will work on that issue accordingly.

You can use Solution Manager Service Desk.

It is directly accessible thru any transaction.
