Sick Leave Slabs in UAE

Hi Consultants,

The scenario in my project is as :

1) We have Employee Central (Success Factors) & SAP S/4 HANA implemented together.

2) As such, Absence Quota is maintained in EC & not in SAP.

3) Client's calendar is from 01.09 to 31.08.

4) Employees are assigned 66 days of Sick leave quota per year. Out of which, first 22 days are full paid, next 22 days are half paid & next 22 days are unpaid.

Now, I wish to know how may i make the system to start counting these sick leaves from 1st September ??

How do we create the calendar that starts from 01.09 instead of 01.01
