Hi all!
Is there a T-Code that I can run to generate a report on how much of the whole system we are currently utilizing and/or by what percentage is our current utility in reference to the whole FICO module or MM module or EAM module?

Did you check your early watch alert report?
I think EWA report might be good place to start looking at.
