PA30 Warning: WFM and HCM are not installed

Hello gurus,

'WFM and HCM are not installed on the same system or integrated'

This message displayd when saving new record in infotype 2001 in transaction PA30.

It is only a warning, but I need help to find out how it can be avoided. Anyone
