Quotas are credited on quarterly basis.
If an employee joins in the month of April, April- June will be his 1st quarter July- Sep will be his 2nd quarter.
In 1st, 2nd, 3rd quarters 4 leaves should be credited in the 4th Quarter 3 leaves should be credited.
For an employee who joins in the month of May the Q1 will be April - June and 4 days leave should be prorated and credited to the quota using the time evaluation.
