SAP C4C Outbound Emails - How to apply security policy on outgoing emails


We have done all our email relevant configuration in C4C tenant and the functionality is working fine. Inbound emails are creating a service ticket, I can select any outbound email channel while replying to the emails. However, this outbound email is sent out via C4C mail server and not client's mail server. We have some mail security policies on clients mail server.

Can someone help me with best practice to keep the outbound emails inline with the companies mail security policy?

For example:

If the client security performs a check for any sensitive information been shared with external party or customers and raises a log? How can we apply same policy validations when SAP uses its own mail server?
