OUTPUT FOR QUOTATION in VA23

Hi guys,

I am nto able to see PRINTPRIVIEW in VA23 i.e in display mode where i can see in change mode

what could be the problem n solution?

    Hi there,

    THis could perhaps be an authorisation problem.

    Or go to VA22 and make sure that there is an output assigned to this quotation

    Then try again in VA23 to issue output to screen.

    Hi..

    Its becuase you might not be having data for output like Output type,language etc.

    Goto VA22- Extras-Output-Header-Edit

    Put output type,no of messages etc & save.

    Now goto VA23 & Select issue output to-select your output Type -Tick Print Preview-YOU WILL See print preview.

    Hi there,

    Try seeing the oriview in VA22. I guess system willnot allow to print preview in VA23 since it is just display.
