Hi all
I need help with this one ,
Scenario:
When adding a new vendor on the system the vendor is suppose to have a tax clearance certificate and it has an expiry date, so after the certificate has expired a new one is submitted by the vendor.
So i need to know how to have SBO fullfil this requirement ?

Hi Bongani,
which localisation are you using? The feature is available for some countries in the BP Master Data -> Accounting tab -> Tax.

Create two UDF -
Tax Clearance Certificate No
Expiry Date
Write an alert based on a Query to a user when the Expiry Date is past.
