PI compoent monitering

We had recently installed and configured SAP PI system.

When i go the RWB page and click on integration engine yellow LED is coming. Its showing warning in 'Is Web service security available?'

Communication error Proxy calls are not permitted on sender or receiver side on the IS (client)
