Return delivery not having material and accounting document.

hi

I see that return delivery is missing material and accounting documents doc.

This i see only for 5 documents.

I compared with successful documents.I could discover that return delivery doc not having Material doc and accounting doc has the document value 0 and i see successful Ret delv documents has some or the other document value.

Is my observation right?if not what i need to check.

Please let me know as soonas possibble

Hi

both the return order is of same material.If not check the material and material type.

Check the same. May be if different and some of ur settings may be matching with the material type of tha material if it is different.

If same then check the settings the movement type and check the accounting tab settings of the material in material master..

Giridhar, do you mean to say that material document is created but you are not able to open the material document. Let us know the message you are getting when you are trying to open the material document.

Moving the material from Returns to Unresticted has to be done if accounting document has to be created. But this doesnt apply in your case as the problem seems to be altogether different.

This is the error message that i am getting when i click Goods Movement.

Error msr==>"No document created for 'Confirm service'/Cancel transactions"

After doing the PGR the stock might be in returns. If so, move the material stock from returns to unrestricted using 453 movement type. This movement will generate the accounting document.

Thanks for your reply.

This reply from my side is jus for your info. and for my confirmation.

You mean to say that the return delivery documents with 0 value is no reason for the material doc and A/cing doc missing.

Moreover these documents have been invoiced too.The movement type is 653.

Now if i want to move the material stock from returns to unrestricted using __ movement type,i

s it necessary to cancel the invoice orelse can we do it without cancelling the invoice.
