How to replicate the AFS materials with Colors & Size in product description?

Hi,

We are replicating AFS products into C4C. The standard behavior is to replicate the AFS product with full description along with color and sizes.In our case only the description is being replicated and not the sizes and colors.

We also found that the replicated products are replicated without the division and the sales are i.e. sales org & dist channel are replicated under the 'In preparation' status and not 'active'.

Is this is the reason for the partial replication of the description OR there could be some other reason as well?

Dear Ruchika Arya,

Please provide the incoming xml from Webservice message monitoring(Administrator => Overview/general => Web Service Message Monitoring). There is a status in the incoming message which will set the sales area into In Preparation mode. Also check if the C4C wsdl has the relevant fields for Colour and Size of the product.
