This is the URL for WSDL file.when u generate WSDL file in ID,you simply need to specify the URL as per your configuration objects.

No,WSDL file is automatically generated in Integration directory,you simply need to specify the configurations like communication channel name,business system etc.

For HTTP you dont even need WSDL file.

i have gone through calculator blog but i still cant clearly understand it.]

For sender SOAP scenario,you can use some SOAP test tool,i normally use Altova XML spy,its a free download tool,over there you can specify the SOAP request by giving the WSDL file generated in ID.that test tool will send the request to XI server.

There are some blogs on SDN which tell you how to use Altova XML spy,even the altova website has a flash demo of how to use the tool,its very simple.
