Recent increase in Service Degradation / Disruption issues

Hi,

We've recently seen Service Degradation / Disruption issues become a frequent occurrence. We have had 10 separate issues in the last 2 months, some of which have involved downtime.

Has anybody else experienced this?

Does anybody at SAP know why we would be seeing an increase in these issues?

We have had mostly email server disruptions where root cause still has not been identified.

Hi,

We had also many similar issues in the last 2 weeks, with downtimes from 5 minutes to 1 hour.

Support is not very helpful.
