Modules does not appear in menu

Hi all

Today suddenly we noticed that all the modules are not appearing in the menu.Also the menu bar is not appearing.This is happening on one Client only (when we execute the client on the server machine).

On other PC with same and different users it is functioning fine.

Did anybody has face such issue in past ? know the reason/solution of this issue ?
