I am getting this error when i am trying to create an appointment in salespro business role. Please, any one tell me solution for it.

Hi Rupesh,

Follow the steps in KBA 1978475 which are:

"Execute t-code SICF.
Change the hierarchy type to ICF.
Click on execute button.
Find the path: default_host -> sap -> bc -> bsp -> sap -> bt116h_srvo.
Right click on bt116h_srvo.
Activate the service."

bt116h_srvo may not be the affected service in your case, but you can follow the same steps for the BT* service that you are using when the error occurs.

You can also retest while enhancements are deactivated as per note 1311966 to rule in or out whether the error is caused by an enhancement.

Thanks for giving reply.

Here, bt126h_appt sservice is already active.But, when i right clicked on test service it is giving errorr related my client. You can see in attachment.

I think this error caused by enhancement only, please tell me any solution for that because i am new in sap.
