Status active to inactive in TCODE VPE2

Hello,

How to change the status of employee from Active to Inactive in TCODE VPE2 , since the employee is no longer with the company.

it can be done with the help of the personnel actions check the tcode PA40 and in infotype 0000 u can see the status of the employeee

In PA40 where to see the infotype 0000

Im seeing Personnel no. and then Personnel Actions and lot of actions type.

Which one to select. Please help.

hi

run an action so that u can change active into inactive

VPE1 Create sales representative

VPE2 Change sales representative

VPE3 Display sales representative

the t. codes are only for sales rep

so u can change through running an action what sikinda has said
