hi sap gurus ...
i had a situation , here i have to call 'fbl1n' tcode using call transaction and the condition here is , document type is NE 'ZZ' and and to set the check box of special G/L .... how to do it ..

I doubt if it is possible through CALL TRANSACTION. Since in call transaction only option to pass data to selection screen is to use SET and GET parameter Id.
May be you try using SUBMIT. Try submit RFITEMAP and their you can pass selection screen parameters as per your requirement and also skip selection screen.
