Issue during WM Staging

Hello all,

Example:

In Production Order Component Quantity is 1000 KG for Batch "1234" . And available Stock for this 1234 Batch is 1500 KG. When we release the Production Order WM Staging happens and TO gets created for 1500 KG.

So my question is that how can I restrict the system to create TO only for component Quantity(1000 KG) Instead of whole quantity for that batch?

sounds only logical if you have an indicator for full stock removal set in customizing of your storage type.

Hello Jurgen,

Thanks for your reply. The full stock removal indicator is not checked. Though system generate TO for whole Quant.

Is there anything other I missed out ? I have attached the Storage Type Config.
