Help on Customs documents in GTS

Hello Experts,

We want to activate the material classification in GTS and then print customs invoice based on the list price. To activate this do we need to implement Customs Management module? Can any one advice on this? Thanks in advance.

Product classification is under Compliance management Piece , while do get custom invoice you have to have custom shipment document in GTS which gets created when a bill doc comes to GTS and all this can be achieved by configuring custom mangament piece.

Following are the main piece of configuration required under custom mgmt..

Hi Mohan,

Products can be assigned to appropriate tariff or commodity codes also in the Customs management module of GTS. Using transaction /SAPSLL/PR_TRAPROC02, products can be classified for customs related codes.

Under

SAP Compliance Management comes:

1. Embargo Check

2. SPL

3. Product-Related Check (Legal Control)

Where as Under

SAP Customs Management Comes:

1. Customs Processing (this service supports specific electronics customs declaration procedures and the printing of customs documents)

2. Transit Procedure

As per my understanding you will have to use the above two services
