An error has occurred: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

We are running CRS XI R2 SP3 and any report that we try to schedule errors out while setting the scheduling options. For example, if I change the Destination to Specific email recipients and set the attachment to "with automatically generated names" the page errors out, the same thing happens when I try to set the format to Excel. Depending which order I set the scheduling parameters the page gives me the error: An error has occurred: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. or sometimes I get a JavaScript error: WebForm_PostBackOptions is undefined. Is there a solution for this?

Are you able to replicate the issue both in Java and .NET InfoView?

For .NET InfoView, sometimes the "An error has occurred: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error shows up after the .NET Framework is upgraded to 2.0

Is the Java InfoView required? When we installed CRS we only installed the .NET version so I don't think that we can test on the Java version. Is there a way to fix this problem while still using just the .NET version?
