BPM JDBC Synchronous Inbound INterface is taking too long

Hello everybody,

I have a BPM in XI that in wich one of the steps is a Synchronous Call to an Inbound JDBC Interface, this lookup is made by the table key and one record only so the problem is not the size of the query, the BPM it's working really fine but the problem is when a lot of instances of the BPM let's say 20, are working at the same time, cause this synchronous JDBC inbound interface is taking more than 6 minutes in some BPM's, I've already increased the parameter xiadapter.inbound.timeout in the visual administrator, cause is returning an error in SXMB_MONI, I can't prioritize the interface cause priorization is for asynchronous interfaces, is there a way to make the IS to process the synchronous interfaces first or it does it automatically?, or maybe to give more synchronous processes to the server? I don't know a lot about this kind of parameters, but the problem is that with a lot of instances it takes too long to process some synchronous interfaces, any suggestion?.

Thanks in advance,

Julio Cesar
