Need to define formula like if condition in report

Hi.

I need to define a formula like if condition... in report.

Example.

A = X - Y

B= IF A < 10 THEN A ELSE '-'.

i need to calculate A using two values.

While calculating B i need to compare with A values.

if value A is less than 10 the B = A else B = -

Kindly help me.
