Maximum Accumulation entitlement of Quota

Dear Team,

Client is using various type of Quota (through Positive Time) such as Earned leave Quota EL and Other Quota .

Other Quota given to employees beginning of years and carry forward.

Earned leave is generated through Positive Time Evaluations and monthly leave generated end of the month (Leave per month=2) and accumulated till the end of year and manually carry forward to next year.

Example: Mr X joined on 1st January, at the end of month Absence Quota (IT2006) is EL=2. End of Dec Total EL= 12X2 = 24 through Positive Time.

These EL = 24 days manually carry forward to next year beginning i.e. 01st Jan Opening of EL=24

Now client wants to maximum leave (EL = Max 120) accumulation not more than 120.

Please suggest how to restrict the Maximum Accumulation entitlement of Quota through PCR or configuration.

    Hi,

    Rules for Generating Absence Quotas -> Define Generation Rules for Quota Type Selection -> Selection rules -> Maximum total entitlement

    If you set this to 120 then it will be capped at 120 and no more will be accrued, Note this will be irrespective of if they subsequently take leave or not.

    Is the monthly Allowance generated by pcr during TE ?

    If so, then in the Monthly Allowance pcr, you could add a decision on "Yesterday's" value of the Quota Balance.

    That Quota Balance could be generated every day or only on the day prior to the Allowance generation, and written to an Information Time Type in Table ZES. Verification should then be done against the value of a Constant in Table View V_T511K.
