Incorrect data for Auth Sync

Hi All,

We have some questions regarding Authorization sync job.Currently using GRC 10.0 with SP level 23.

Question 1:

When we are trying to create new function in GRC by adding transaction F.19 for system XYZ it should automatically pulls all the relevant authorization objects as per SU24 data. But here it shows all the objects as inactive. When we check in system XYZ for transaction F.19 we have some objects checked as yes(screens shots attached).

Why its not pulling correct objects maintained for F.19 action in SU24 for system XYZ ?

I have also scheduled sync job many times and no errors also in SLG1.

Question 2 :

How the table GRACFUNCPRM gets updated ? Whether its based on SU24 data of connected systems or data from the Rule set?

Because in table GRACFUNCPRM for action F.19 it says F_BKPF_BUK is active where as in SU24 for action F.19 object F_BKPF_BUK is not at all checked.

My question is how it shows as active in table GRACFUNCPRM?

Please help me on this.

Hello Abhi,

1.) While creating new functions when you add action, the corrosponding permissions are populated from SU24 data. And all the permissions will be in inactive status initially. I cannot see the su24 screen shot so unable to comment further.

2. table GRACFUNCPRM reflects the data maintained in function i.e. data comes from ruleset.
