Hello
I have created a condition contract (sales rebate).
I have then created a couple of invoices relevant to sales rebate.
I then checked the business volume for this contract is updated correctly.
I want to know if there is any transaction or report to view the list of billing documents relevant to the condition contract.
Kindly revert
Thanks
Ramesh
HI all,
I know the query is very old, but I thought of clarifying it with additional information for the purpose of others.
We can check the list of Billing documents in the tcode WB2R_BUSVOL - Business Volume for Contracts. In this report selection screen, under List Display Options, field Output Level Business Volume, select the option 'Single Record'. This will present the list of billing documents relevant for the mentioned condition contract.
Other key points to remember:
1, If the condition contract is NOT released, the accrual condition values are not determined in the Billing documents.
2. As soon as the Condition contract is created, Business volume info is updated from the previous billing documents and the value is available to display in the report WB2R_BUSVOL
3. Billing documents are linked to Condition contract in (WCOCO tcode) only when the account document is created and Accruals are posted for the Billing documents after the condition contract is created.

Hi Ramesh,
The menu path (called condition usage) in WCOCO, which was mentioned by Ramesh shows those documents, where accruals were posted from the relevant condition contract during the document creation (such as SD billing document creation in VF01).
If you would like to list those billing documents, which would be considered as business volume-relevant during the settlement of the condition contract, please use WB2R_BUSVOL transaction. With this report you can list the business volume per billing documents. To achieve this, please set the output level of the report to "3 - Single record".
Best regards,
Tamas

Hi Prasad
Yes i had tried the same before posting this question. But it is blank & i cannot see any billing documents in the list.
Is there any customising settings to activate this? I do have billing documents relevant to the condition contract.
Regards
Ramesh

Hi Ramesh,
In condition contract tcode WCOCO, you have a icon on the left top corner as" Display condition usage", that will give you the list of transactions (like po, goods receipt, sale order, billing etc) where this condition contract is used. You can double click on the "billing document" folder to get the list of billing documents.

Hi Lakshmipathi
I have searched & googled before posting this question. The thread you are mentioning works for rebate agreements.
However i am working on Condition contracts ( tcode WCOCO) in S4 HANA which has replaced rebate agreements.
Hence all those tcodes/reports from previous versions of ECC for rebate agreements, do not work in S4 HANA. I am looking for something similar (report) in S4 HANA where i can see all the relevant billing documents contributing to the Business volume.
The billing documents can be seen after settlement run. But my question is before settlement how can i see the same.
Hope this clarifies.
Regards
Ramesh
