We checked and understand that ECC DIMP 6.0 is the addon and available in ecc 6.0 and as u said we need to activate it using sfw5. The question is if a customer is using core ecc 6.0 for the first two years and later he think he need IS-MIL , and by activating the IS-MIL through SFW5 to mill products, How this is going to affect the old two years data or is it possible or inconsisteny will happen?
