Inspection Lot For Calibration Order

Dear All,

I want to create a Calibation Order for equipment. I have craeted a general task list, assign master inspection charaterstic in the operation using the control key QM01.

Now I am assigning this task list directly to the order and releasing the order. A inspection lot is being created, but I am not able to make entry for the results for that inspection lot.

Status is showing CRTD PASG.

Pl tell the possible reasons for that

pl chek the sampling procedure is defined or not for the MIC.

My Inspection lot CRTD status still not getting release for callibration order (Order Type PM05)

Created Inspection lot is assigned to task list but in QA32 lot status still showing CRTD

I have assigned a MIC to my operation using control key in operation as QM01.

Control key for MIC...I didn't get.

Please do this. Select your operation of the task list then press a button below Insp. Char there you enter MIC in 5th column.

I have done each thing but during QE17, system is showing the status as

CRTD Created

CHCR Characterist. must be created

PASG Plan/specification assigned

This status is not allowing me to put results.

MIC is not assigned in your task list. Please check that.

I have created inspection lot thru Maintenance Plan and Maintenance order for equipment. In QP02, it is for material planning.

Dear,

If it is maintenance plan then I am assuming that task list is attached to it and task list header have inspection point 300.

Accordingly Inspection chracteristics ar assigned to your operation.

Now simply Enter T-code QE17 and enter your equipment no.and press enter here you enter inspection lot origin 14. System will show all inspection lot created for this EQUPT.

Select required inspection lot by double click. Now enetr the result.

After that I think you can do...

Dear Sir,

I am not able to assign task list spec in QA32.

I have created MIC thru QS21 and created a test equipment.

Then I create a task list and assigned MIC. Here I choose order type PM05 and Maint activity type 013-Calibration.

This task list assigned to Maintenance Plan, then scheduled, order and inspection lot is being created after release. But not possible to enter the result and UD.

Dear Mudit,

Please follow the step if you have not done this.

T-code QP02> Select the operation the Press Inspection characteristics (push button)>In the field master inspection characteristics field enter MIC which you have already created>Save

If this is already done then

QA02>Press tab Inspection Specification>Now press Task List Specification (Push Button).

With T-code QE17 you do recording after that u can do UD

Dear Mudit,

Check one more things may be inspection characteristics are not assigned to your inspection plan.

Also check in QE11 whether you are getting you characteristics for equipment or not?

HI

gotot t-code QA32 - change inspection lot,

then click on Inspection specification tab and click on task lsit/Spec buton,

then save the status should come to rel status.

Dear Mudit,

In inspection lot on the third tab Inspection specification press push button Task List Specification, . now it will automatically assign that task list to inspection lot. After that you do RR.
