    Hi,

We can't Do 2 actions same day like Termination, Rehire and Retirement. Because Behind this Action types Features will works according to the action MSN20, MSN21 and MSN32.

We can do some actions same day, if U do this action same day It will go to 0302 IT Additional Actions IT. We can see this in 0000IT Only.

    Regards

    Hi tomesh,

As per my knowledge we can do 2 personnel actions on the same day.The system allows us if we both the 'u' boxes while creating the personnel action are flagged. We cannot store the action info in 0000.so next action is updated in additional actions infotype(0302).

But check it with others also.I may be wrong also.
