Cannot connect to SAP Business One Integration Service in Client

Hey Guys,

I am using SAP B1 9.2 PL 08 Hotfix 3 and have successfully configured SAP B1 Integration Service in my Live Server and enabled cockpit in SAP. My dashboard works fine as desired.

But, I am Unable to enable Dashboard in Client.

Configuration that I have done so far at Live Server & Client as follows.

1. "Server Name" is set in Integration Framework under "b1Server" & "diProxyhost". Test Connection is successful [Done at Server]

2. The "B1i" password used in Integration Framework above is saved in Users(SAP) - "B1i" in both Server and Client.

3. Dashboard enabled under "General Settings" in SAP [Done at Client]

4. "localhost" has been replaced with"Server" name in "b1-local-machine" and "b1-local-machine-template" in both "SAP Business One" & "SAP Business One DI API". [Done at Client]

(PS: Have tried with Server IP too)

5. "xcl.http.localOnly=false" has been set in C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One Integration\IntegrationServer\Tomcat\webapps\B1iXcellerator [Done at Server]

Even after configuring all the settings, I am getting the following error in dashboard widget when I log into SAP.

Error - "Cannot connect to SAP Business One Integration Service". 1. Make sure the services is running. 2. Log off and Log in.

Kindly assist in enabling dashboard at client. Thanks.

it would be helpful if you specify what exact product you are using, because what you describe doesn't sound like any BusinessObjects Dashboard I know of.

Hi Dennis,

I am using SAP B1 9.2 PL 08 Hotfix 3. Sorry if I wasn't clear above. Thanks.

well, then you have selected a wrong tag as Business Objects dashboards have nothing in common with your product.
I'll attempt to fix your tag then.
