Restore files and folders deleted in easy DMS

Hello All,

The user has deleted the files and folders by mistake in the easy DMS folder structure, the user wants to restore all the files and folders as before. When checked the deleted files, they are available at backend system. How we can restructure the folders and files using the files from the backend. Any suggestions will be a great help.

    Hi Lohith,

    regarding the term "they are available at backend system" I guess this means the document info records are existing in the system and you can display the files within transaction CV03N for example.

    If this is true you have to use the transactions like CV12 for example in the backend system. Here you can open the folder document which is the head of the bill of documents in CV12 and add the "deleted" document info records again here.
