Report layout

Does anyone know how to build the following report layout?

................................Period 1..........Period 2.........Period 3

...............................Plan : Actual...Plan : Actual...Plan : Actual

Plant 1850...............100....90........

The Period 1, 2 3 etc is the text in the Column. Under the Period text, I have 2 Column, Plan and Actual.

Under the Plan, I have KF Plan (Restricted by Period). And under the Actual, I have KF Actual (Restricted by Period).

Problem is how can I create/enter the text Period and Plan and Actual as above?

Need your help and advice urgently. I know this is difficult but appreciate your help, thank you!

    Hello Linda,

You can use BEx Report Designer to achieve this format. It is not possible in BEX Query designer. In Bex Query designer you can create levels.

    Thanks

    Hi Linda,

The query will fetch the values from the info provider and report(spreadsheet) helps in formatting of data.

So try it format the fields according to your requirement in Report designer So that it will reflect in your report.

    Regards,
