Hi All,

I am having one issue. I have configured on QM Simiulation frol PP perspective .I.e I am able to make a Production order The after Confirming & Migo this Production order the QTY is QI Stock Which I can move to the Unrestricted stock once the RR & UD is done.

Now my problem is while the Result recording. I have created an MIC for which I want measure the whole lot but instead I am getting only one value to input .

Now please tell me how can I input the all sample size values.

I mean If the Prod order is for 10,then I am ble to enter only 1 measured value.But I need to enter all 10 measured value.

Please help me.

Dear Vivek,

Follow the steps.

1. Create MIC with control indicators including 'Sampling Procedure', 'Single Result' & 'Required Char'.

2. Next window of Control indicators must be set with 'Fixed SCOPE', 'Record Measured Values' 'Print' & 'No Formula'.

3. Make a Sampling Procedure with 100%Inspection , Set Inspection points as per your requirement in Sampling procedure, Usage Indicator 'Use in Insp. Plan' ( If you are making Inspection Plan)

4.Assign this Sampling Procedure to this MIC in the Inspection plan. Then you will get result recording option for all number of items you have.

Hi,

1. Change your MIC control indicator as Single Result.

2. Create Sampling procedure as 100% and assign to the MIC in Inspection plan.

Now check it out and give the feed back.
