ARM triggers from quality notification

We are creating return order (by ARM) through standard function, via action box, from quality notification.

In addition to the return order, we created an action box for creating a regular sales order, in order to connect it to the document flow of the notification, so the notification will be our "basket" in which we put all our documents related to the return.

Quality assurance department cannot complete the notification, although they sent their final answer to the customer, because if they complete the notification, the action boxes are not available for use.

Before we've implemented the return process through notification, they completed the notification and had KPI based on the completion date.

Now we need to find another way to give them the option to measure themselves, before all the process of customer service has ended.
