BPC 10 NW 7.3 EPM V10 SP23 - Is there a way to limit the security access a user can see in reports and input forms based on whether or not the user has 'read' vs 'write' access? For example, a user may need 'read' access to all cost centers, but only 'write' access to a specific node on the hierarchy. For input forms, we want a user to only see his/her 'write' access cost centers.
Hi John and Vadim,
Thank you very much! We wanted to confirm we were not overlooking a possible way of doing this. Since this is not possible, I will submit it as an idea.

Not possible. Write access is checked only when you try to save data.

Hi Hilda,
I don't think this is possible since report and input templates are the same setup (input forms just have the Data Inout - "Use as Input Form" checkbox checked off under the EPM Aheet options.
If they have read access to a cost center then it would apply to both input templates and reports.
