Difference between Capacity Baseload in CM07 and Capacity Availability Check


the Problem is as follows:

Im having a difference in the capacity baseload of the Workplace "AROB" between the restults of the capacity availability check and when i check the results in the Transaction "CM07" with the baseload Profile "SAPSFC010".

My questions are:

1. How is that possible?

2. Is there a way to check the results which capacity requirements result in the baseload in the capacity availability check results?

3. Where can i customize the result list in the capacity availaibility check? (e.g. that the unit is displayed in "H" and not "MIN")

4. How should a capacity planner now which base load is the correct one when he receives different baseloads in different views?

    Hi Tobias

    If you are using the standard profile for capacity leveling, the problem may time horizon defined in the time profile. Try to create a custom profile, as a copy of the standard, extending the time periods.

    Try also the report RCCYLOAD to recalculate the work center basic load.
