Integrating ServicNow with Solution manager TechMon with API ?

We have a requirement to integrate ServicNow with Solution Manager Technical Monitoring using API to create incidents of the alerts generated from Solution Manager 7.2. Can anyone help us with any document on how to perform the integration or what are all the activities needs to be performed.

    It is possible and we have done for several customers..check below talks about the standard badi

    BADI_ALERT_REACTION where you can code for ticket creation in service now etc...check the attached zip files.

    ofcourse there is also another version possibility that you can configure incident management in solman so when there is an issue in managed erp system a alert is generated and create an incident in solman which is also duplicated in service now. But this is useful for customer where solman is more used centrally to have the visibility of over entire process eventhough tickets are getting resolve in service now.

    infact ticket closed in service now will close in solman and this will also close alert in solman.

    however go through you customer requirement in detail to decide the correct option
