Rate Change - Block

Hi,

If the customer is on a Rate Category AAA and due to his heavy usage automatically switch to Rate BBB, now the requirement is that if this happens, the customer should be blocked automatically from switching back over to Rate category AAA again.

At the same time, need to block over writting the above switch. No one can manually change the customer from Rate Cat. BBB back again to Rate Cat. BBB.

Need input.

Hi,

you could place a check in user exit EXIT_SAPLES30_007 - with this every change for the rate category will be checked.
