Follow up activity shows different priority

Hi,

we are using CRM5.0 after the creation of a service ticket with priority High , we create a service order as a follow up but this service order is created with a priority as medium always.

what settings can be done such that the follow up also holds the same priority as the service ticket.

    Hi

    I think settings for service order header in spro are responsible for default priority.

    You should work with some copy badis, but there is a lot of work searching for appriopriate method.
