Fiori Standard GRC Apps KPI Tiles Load Error

Hi,

I need to configure a couple of standarad GRC Fiori Apps (Ex: F0553, F0558, F0561)

I have used the KPI Tile 'Manage KPI Authorizations' to assign the tile to my id and added the HANA Roles. These HANA Roles are also added on the HANA Server to my id.

I have added the tile to a custom group on my launchapad. Please see attached image. On launching the Fiori Launchpad, the tiles appear with 3 dots(loading).

Note that the KPI Modeler Tiles appear correctly.

HANA Roles assigned:

sap.hba.r.grc.roles::SAP_SMART_BUSINESS_ACCESS_CONTROL_MANAGER sap.hba.grc.AccessControlUsersWithCriticalProfileQuery sap.hba.r.sb.core.roles::SAP_SMART_BUSINESS_MODELER sap.hba.r.sb.core.roles::SAP_SMART_BUSINESS_RUNTIME

Gateway Roles Provided:

Dear Customer,

Please open the fiori Launchpad Designer and check if the tile can display normally.

If yes, I think there is no problem for the configuration. For the issue, on launching the Fiori Launchpad, the tiles appear with 3 dots(loading).

I think it should be a dynamic tile and get some data from backend system, please check the http trace log and find what odata service is triggered and what is the status?

Normally if the loading is waiting for a long time, it would failed with error on the tile.

Thanks for responding.

Yes, the tile loads properly. Please see attachemnt.This is an Analytical (SAP Fiori: SAP Smart Business generic drill down app) based on xsodata. The xsodata has been activated and there is no error related to the xsodata in the logs.
