Mail alert for approval process in SAP Business One

Hi Experts,

Is it possible to set mail alert for approval process in SAP Business One. For example I defined approval procedure for Purchase Order.

1) Once the "Originator" add the Purchase Order it will go to approval and a mail alert should go to "Approver".

2) After that if the "Approver" made decision either Approved/Not Approved then the "Originator" should get a mail alert.

You cannot set mail alert for approval procedure but you can fulfill this requirement by following work around

Create an alert for approver with email option enabled, add query from draft tables which check in last 120 seconds purchase order is created if yes query will show results and automatically alert will be triggered.

Create another alert for originator with email option enabled, which checks from draft table decision of purchase orders in last 120 seconds if decision updated it will shows results and alert will be triggered
