Alert Job set to On hold status

Hi All,

In Production system Alert job was created. But due to some reasons none of the channels were started.

Now when i check the job it show error in log as below:

javax.jms.JMSSecurityException: User: <USERNAME> has not permission: vpName: alertingVP, type: administration, action: create_queue, destination: jms/queue/xi/monitoring/alert/<ConsumerName>

Roles assigned to user ID are:

SAP_XI_ALERTCONFIGURATOR_J2EE

SERVICES_REGISTRY_READ_WRITE

SAP_XI_MONITOR_J2EE

SAP_SLD_CONFIGURATOR

SAP_SLD_ADMINISTRATOR

SAP_SLD_ORGANIZER

NWA_SUPERADMIN

SAP_XI_CONFIGURATOR_J2EE

UDDI_Admin

SAP_JAVA_WS_ADMIN_BIZ

SAP_XI_DEVELOPER_J2EE

SAP_XI_ADMINISTRATOR_J2EE

NWA_READONLY

Please let me know which additional role is required to resolve above error.
