cofirmation cancellation problem?

When I doing the cancellation of prod order confirmation by

co13 there is a messege comes:- Confirmed activity must not

be smaller than 0 and Message no. RU033.But the stock is in

quality inspection & sales order stock.

where the things going wrong? please tell me.

Dear Narendra,

The problem might have occured due to change of Work Centre at the time of confirmation.

As system will not allow for for cancelation which was confirmed at 1 confirmation.

Take Ud for that material and move the stock to Unrestricted stock and revese the quantity from MB31 with movement type 102.

Adjust the posted quantity and adjusting activity at the next confirmation.

Chk once and Award points if it works

You have tried to confirm a negative activity or cancel a confirmation. However, the total quantity confirmed for this activity is negative. Check the activity total confirmed. Enter a differen quantity for the activity or cancel other confirmations first.

Hence if the stock is in QM stock, then you cancel the confirmation, hence first do the UD and so that qty is pushed to UR stock , then concel the confirmation, then things work as requitred by you.

This confirmation already canceled or not not yet confirmed.

Check in CO02, in operation overview what is the status of the operation.??

Use transaction "MBST" to cancle the document. Once that is done do the reverse confirmation of order.
