Hi there,

First, of course, you have to configure and implement automatic credit management (OVA8).

First check your credit groups: 01 - sales order; 02 - delivery; 03 - Goods Issue. These are the stages of credit checks and you may chose them all or just partial.

You setup your risk categories according to customer definition, for example high, medium, low.

So your configuration looks as follows:

credit control area + risk category + credit group, for example:

1000 + 001 + 01

Then in the detail screen there is a section called "credit limit seasonal factor".

You may instead increase or decrease the limit itself in Tx FD32 - but please note that changes to the credit account may result in serious issues in your info structures used to update the values in credit management. For this reason, after changes to FD32 reorg programs should be ran - e.g. RVKRED09 - please search OSS notes for this, SAP explains these issues quite thoroughly.

Right,

Do you mean that you sell to various customers which all fall under the credit umbrella of one single customer?

For this you setup your main customer as the central credit account.

For seasonal extensions of credit limit you still follow the procedure I've suggested.
