HU Proposal

Hi All

When I creating HU Proposal I am getting the following error

Packing Material : P-1

Material : M-1

Error : M-1 not found amongst the materials to be Packed.

- Material M-1 is to be packed according to the packing proposal. This material was not specified as a material to be packed.

How to solve this.

Do the following and then try packing

    1. In the packaging material, go to the material master in Basic data1, select a Material group for packaging material(MGPM).

2.For same material in Sales/General Plant view, select teh same MGPM and also a packaging material type.

    3. Make sure that the combination of Material group(Shipping group) of packaging material---Packaging material type combination is maintained in SPRO in packing

4.Now in the actual finished good master data, you have to maintain the same details for the field material group of packaging material/packaging material type whichever is applicable.

Once these master data are set right, try packing, it will work fine.

If you still have any problems, please let me know.

    Hi ,

You have to assign the Packing Material to the Material to be packed in the Material master of Material to be Packed.
